Miami-Dade: We useless

Just a quick note today—I thought this was funny. Check out this blog post about the URL for Miami’s new water conservation initiative. Witness how “We use less” becomes “We useless.”

It was funnier when I thought it was an oversight, but if you follow the link, it does seem that the creators of the site are in on the joke, using slogans like “wasting water is useless.” And check out some of the comments to the original post to see how defensive and angry people get about it. But even if these public officials intended to cause a stir, was proclaiming “we useless” on a government website the best way to go about it?

(Thanks to The Pollywog Blog for drawing my attention to this one.)
